HOW THIS WORKS
1
Phone/Video Consultation
FREE
Once you have filled out the contact form, I will schedule a time to speak about your goals and our potential work together.
2
In Person Consultation
(30-60 minutes)
Our initial conversation was successful and we are ready for an In-Person evaluation of your space. Here, Collo will have the opportunity to witness you in your element, provide suggestions, ask more questions, take measurements, pictures, videos etc. in preparation for our first session.
3
Project Begins
Sessions are 3-4 hours each. A curated plan will be discussed with you prior to our start date. We will move as fast or as slow to what makes you comfortable, pending your specific needs and goals.

In addition to her work as a professional organizer, Collo is deeply engaged in the field of pharmacy. She serves as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Medication History Technician at Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation Hospital in Center City, and she also serves as the Technician Representative for both the state and local chapters of the Pennsylvania Society of Health-System Pharmacists (PSHP and DVSHP).
A lifelong learner, Collo is committed to professional growth in order to better support her clients. She is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and Institute for Challenging Disorganization. She has completed the Level I Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization, and is close to completing the Level I Certificate of Study in ADHD.
In July 2025, Collo will begin her next chapter as a Life Coach in training, under the mentorship of Coach Training EDU.
She is also honored to have completed the Grief Immersion for Death Workers course, facilitated by Will Daddario, PhD, and Joanne Zerdy, PhD of Inviting Abundance—and continues to explore how to thoughtfully support clients navigating grief as part of their organizing process.
With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and a rich background in movement arts, Collo brings creativity, empathy, and patience to every session.
